This is beautiful. The level of detail perspective in this shot makes it fun to stare at. Nice work!

Whenever people say they like staring at one of my photos, I smile. 🙂

Velvia produces beautiful color! I have never seen an azalea up this close and you did a great job.

Thanks. Velvia is a wonderful film – if the conditions are right. If the light isn’t right or the colors are too strong, look out.

I haven’t been here for a bit and then I come back and it’s as if I’ve unwrapped a beautiful “Welcome Back” gift ~ gorgeous! I love your eye for nature! You are a talented man for sure! 😀

You’re very sweet. Thank you.
This is one of the BEST macro flower images I have seen in a very long time.
It’s perfect, exact focus on the delicate stamen, vibrant pink petals juxtaposed near green leaves. Very, very well done!

I can’t say I’ve ever received a nicer endorsement. Much appreciated.

Great color. I shot a few azaleas today, too. A good day for flowers-sunny and in the 70s. Finally! 🙂

You still have azaleas? I actually took this a couple of weeks ago – before the rains came and obliterated all things azalean.

Who knew an azalea could communicate feeling?! It’s delicate and fragile and perfect in every way.

Thanks. Too bad azaleas don’t last very long. 😦

Incredible! The ‘pink fingers reaching out pulled me in & kept me here smiling!
