I like the composition on this one but I’m not sure of the actual photo. The top of the mane looks overexposed to me and the face looks underexposed. Maybe a bit of dodging and burning would bring out some highlights in the eye and back off on the mane. Then again, there is always the possibility that this is exactly what you sought to create! ;^)

Yeah, when I took this, it was later in the day and I was shooting into the sun, but I do like the results.
